Saturday I headed down to San Diego for the always wonderful Del Mar Nationals. It had rained on the show on Friday and overnight into Saturday but when I got there-there was plenty of sunshine and fantastic hot rods to check out.

Sunday morning I headed down to Long Beach to hang with The Rattys & Retro Ladies for their monthly get together. A wonderful time checking out some very cool cars and hangin' with some lovely ladies.

On Saturday I headed up to the Murphy Auto Museum in Oxnard to talk about the upcoming art show. So if you haven't seen on social media I'm apart of the first group of artists for the new Fireball Gallery at the Murphy. I'm so excited to be apart of this with other artists that I call my friends.

Long days and warm weather brought out the hot rodders to this weeks Classic Car Fridays. It was a great turnout to the Elks Lodge and a wonderful mix of cars.

Always a fantastic show in Huntington Beach. The Beachcruisers Meet fills Main Street and the parking lot next to and beginning of the pier with all kinds of wonderful hot rods, muscle cars and woodies.

Always worth getting up early for Wheels & Waves. There may not have been a bunch of green cars there but there was a whole lot a friends and wonderful cars in attendance.

For this year's show the Classic Auto Show moved from the LA Convention Center to the OC Fairgrounds. From talking to friends that were at last year's show (I was there too) we all thought it was going to be a much better show at it's new location and it was.

One of my favorite shows every year and right in my hometown is the Whittier Area Classic Car Show. This year was huge with 500 cars in attendance and all for some great charitable causes.

A fantastic time at Wheels and Waves on Sunday. Thanks to everyone that came out. A little light as the cold and fear of rain made some stay home but there was blue sky all around for the show. The gray clouds rolled in after.

Such a great time at this year's Dr. George Car Show. A wonderful even just outside of Palm Springs in the city of Indian Wells. Around 1000 hot rods in attendance and hangin' with friends. A great way to spend a Saturday.

1000 cars makes for a lot of photos and I didn't even take a picture of every car. Such a fantastic day of blue skies and wonderful white clouds. Sure beats the rain I woke up to at home.

It may have been raining on Saturday at my place but I was headed 2 hours out of town to the Dr. George Car Show. A wonderful show in Indian Wells with around 1000 cars in attendance.

Such a great 2 days at this year's GNRS. So much fun hangin' with friends and checking out all the wonderful hot rods, kustoms and more that came out to the show.
