The last few from this year’s RPM Nationals. If you dig early cars powered by flatheads and 4 bangers going head to head in drag racing you need to put it on the calendar. It all goes down at Santa Margarita Ranch on their runway. And it’s not just drag racing. There’s a swap meet and car show. It’s just such a blast. I can’t wait for next year’s show.

Here comes a week of pictures of one of the most fun events around. A couple of weeks ago I hitched a ride with my buddy Shiney and we headed to the RPM Nationals. We headed up a day early for an easy ride and to hang out with some friends that were going to be at the event. The RPM Nationals is a flathead and 4 banger drag race.

Sunday morning I headed over to Oak Canyon Park for the Outriders Picnic. The first and last time I was at the show was in 2019. There was no show in 2020. Thanks to my buddy Shiney, who took me to the first show, he got me a ticket for this year's fantastic event.

Saturday morning I headed to Monrovia for their annual car show thrown by the Street Rods Forever Car Club.

What a fantastic show! This is one of the few that is always on my calendar. I'm here from the beginning until they are kicking us out at the end. So many cool hot rods, so many good friends, great bands and more.

Every year I get up early to get all the cool rides that roll into the Ventura Nationals Show. This year I arrived before the sun was even up and the line was already huge.

Friday I headed up to Ventura for the Ventura Nationals. Friday's are always so much fun. The town fills with traditional hot rods and customs in anticipation of Saturday's show.
