Shiney's 1928 Ford AA Truck

My buddy Shiney has been sharing pictures with me and the world via Instagram about the AA Truck he was building. Heck every time I see him we talk about what's going on with the truck. I finally got to see it in person at a Mitzi & Co. photoshoot this weekend. This fantastic 1928 Ford AA Truck sports a 350ci Small Block Chevy between the rails and a 700R4 transmission. 3 deuces top the polished manifold with custom headers that dump into dual Cherrybomb mufflers. Outback is a 9" Ford Rearend with a 389 Posi. The truck sits on '40 Ford wheels wrapped in Firestone rubber. A full complement of SW gauges fills the dash to make sure you know all that is going on with this cool ride. It rides on a standard leaf upfront with coilovers in the rear. The top is chopped 6" and covered in '28 cobra vinyl. There are so many cool subtle changes to the truck that many could easily be missed. Much of the custom fabrication including the top was done by Shiney's and my friend Mike. All the paint/patina was done by Shiney. It's just an awesome truck!
